Product Description

These bushing assemblies are designed for use with air-feed drills, tappers, and back-spotfacers. Adaptor-Tip Assemblies consist of two pieces: a locking collar and a pressed-in shank. The collar screws into the air-feed drill's nosepiece, precisely aligns the shank, and locks the drill in place when rotated 30° counterclockwise after insertion in the liner. Shanks and collars can be ordered separately.

The 23000-series bushings shown here have 1-1/4"-12 mounting threads. This series is available in five OD sizes to fit drill diameters from .2500" to .7188". Preferred sizes can be mounted by any method, including the use of Lock Liners, while other sizes have limited mounting options.
